ADDING NEW USERS

When You add a new user to an Internet HelpDesk, You should set that user's rights in an Internet HelpDesk:

 - Read: allows overview of tasks, journals

 - Write: allows overview and opening new tasks

 

Example of adding a new user:

We are going to add new user 'Mathew', who works for bank 'Bank'.

User: mathew

Password: 1234

 

New user signs in an Internet HelpDesk:

User: bank.mathew

Password: 1234

CHANGING PASSWORD

You change password by clicking 'New password'. You enter new password, retype the password and confirm it by clicking on the 'Accept' button:

After You click 'Accept' button Your password is changed. The next access to Internet HelpDesk requires new password.
